Connplex Cinemas, an entertainment company running luxury cinema theatres on franchise model in smaller cities, plans to raise ₹90 crore through Initial Public Offering on NSE Emerge platform on Thursday.
The company will issue 51 lakh fresh equity shares in the price band of ₹168 – ₹ 177 a share.
The net proceeds from the IPO will be used for capital expenditure for purchase of corporate office, LED screens and projectors, working capital requirement and general corporate expenses.
Beeline Capital Advisors will be the Book Running Lead Manager while MUFG Intime India will act as the Registrar to the issue.
The company is led by Anish Tulshibhai Patel, Managing Director and Rahul Kamleshbhai Dhyani, Joint Managing Director.
Patel said the company’s focus has been to redefine the luxury of watching cinema right from making it more comfortable, engaging and more accessible.
With the support of this IPO, he said the company will invest in infrastructure to maintain high-quality standards and expand footprint across both urban and emerging markets.
The company will upgrade key technologies such as LED screens and projectors, he added.
