Shares of Indiqube Spaces will be listed at the bourses on Wednesday. The company has fixed the IPO price as ₹237, at the upper end of the ₹225-237 price bend. The grey market premium indicates that the stock is likely to list with moderate gains at ₹243.

The ₹700-crore IPO of the Bengaluru-based Indiqube Spaces was subscribed 12.41 times, with retail investors being the most aggressive. Their portion was subscribed 12.90 times. The NII quota was subscribed 8.27 times, the window for QIB received bids for 14.352 times, while the employees’ portion was subscribed 6.83 times.

Indiqube Spaces proposes to utilise the fresh capital of ₹462.6 crore towards funding capital expenditure for setting up new centres, ₹93 crore for repayment, and the rest for general corporate purposes.

A managed workplace solutions company, IndiQube Spaces has raised over ₹314.32 crore from anchor investors.

The proceeds from this fresh issue of funds will be used for funding capital expenditure towards the establishment of new centres, repaying/ pre-paying in full or in part certain borrowings availed by the company and for general corporate purposes.

Founded in 2015, the company offers tech-enabled, sustainable workplace solutions, including corporate hubs and branch offices, that enhance employee experience through modern interiors, amenities, and services.

The company manages a portfolio of 115 centres across 15 cities, consisting of 105 operational centres and 10 centres for which the company has executed letters of intent, covering 8.40 million square feet of area under management in a super built-up area.

ICICI Securities and JM Financial are book-running lead managers to the issue.
